Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 14 days of occupation are non-refundable if we are unable to find a replacement.
Minimum Stay:
Weekends: Minimum stay of 2 nights required
Long Weekends & Easter Weekend: Minimum stay of 3 nights required
Arrival and Departure Time:
Arrival: From 14h00 by arrangement only.
Departure: By 10h00 unless otherwise agreed, except Sundays which will normally be 14h00 unless there are bookings for Sunday night.
Pets:
Apologies, but regrettably, we do not allow any pets.
Day Visitors:
Day Visitors are unfortunately not permitted on the farm premises or at our cottages. The cottages are reserved exclusively for guests who are staying overnight.

Working Fruit Farm:
Rhodene functions as a functional fruit farm where specific periods throughout the year necessitate time-sensitive tasks beyond regular hours.
These tasks, such as the essential spraying of fruit trees, typically occur during late afternoons, evenings, or early mornings within our orchards.
While we strive to provide ample notice to our cottage guests, unforeseen circumstances might occasionally limit our ability to do so.
Noise at the Cottages:
We kindly request that you refrain from creating loud noise, playing music at high volumes, and engaging in late-night partying during your stay.
Our visitors come to the farm with the intention of enjoying the peaceful and tranquil environment. We thank you for your cooperation.
